Syntax

[the] charToBin of factor

charToBin ( expression )

Factor and expression yield a string.

Example

put the charToBin of "ab" into it -- yields "6162"

Description

The charToBin function returns a binary of the string passed to it encoded in the text encoding specified by the textEncoding property.
