Syntax

to get propertyName
   statementList
end get

Description

The to get handler defines the behavior of a user-defined object when property propertyName is accessed. When a script requests the propertyName of a user-defined object, the statements in the corresponding to get handler are executed, and the return value of the handler becomes the value of the property.

Note

This structure is only valid inside an object type structure.
